Dr Bhargavi 'Sangi' Bhatt
BDS Lond 1996, BSc(Hons), AKC.
Sangi qualified at Kings College London, Dental School in 1996. She did her post graduate house job at Birmingham dental hospital for a year and then a year in a training practice.
Sangi has lived and worked in the Ashtead area since 1998 and has developed close ties with the local community. She started working for Mike Cave and eventually took over the practice in 2006.
Sangi has dedicated her whole career to working for the NHS and has done so since qualifying in 1996, almost 25 years of service.
Since taking over, she has developed and expanded the practice and in 2011 relocated to our brand new premises in Ottways Lane.
Sangi has considerable experience in treating children and nervous patients and is able to be understanding and considerate when dealing with these situations. She takes time to explain all treatment options to patients to allow them to make informed decisions.
Sangi has also spent over 20 years as a trainer for nurses and recently mentoring dentists who wish to join the NHS community. She always welcomes anyone who would like to gain work experience in this field and has inspired numerous people to join the profession as nurses, hygienists and dentists.
She is an experienced skier and enjoys spending time supporting her 3 beautiful and very accomplished daughters.
Dr Kushali Bhatt-Roberts
Kushali started working at the practice when she was 14 as a part-time receptionist. She trained and qualified as a dental nurse in her gap year and then went off to dental school in Valencia to train as a Dental Surgeon. She has learned to do dentistry and speak Spanish in this time, so working for the NHS will now bring some new challenges which she is ready to tackle.
She qualified in 2019 and is now working at the practice in every role that has been thrown at her, from decontamination nurse to managing the new computer system.
She is a competition level skier and loves to cook amazing meals. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her boyfriend, Conor.
Dr Smeera Sharma
Smeera graduated from India in 2002. She then worked in numerous countries before arriving in the UK and registering in 2017.
Having worked in a number of private and NHS practices, Smeera joined the Arch team in 2019.
Smeera is very thorough and professional and her focus is to keep patients comfortable. She believes that preventive care is the most important aspect of dentistry and strives to impart this on her patients,
She is a valuable member of staff and a real team player who will turn her hand to any task asked of her, including the filing!
Free time is filled with walking and spending time with her family.

Rachel has been in the dental industry for nearly 25 years. In 2006 she won the Oral B prize in clinical excellence.
Her philosophy is to gain a healthy mouth through thorough but gentle treatments using modern and traditional techniques in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
She loves running and her cats.

Sheena has worked in dentistry for 30 years and qualified as a dental hygienist whilst serving in the Royal Army Dental Corps in 2000.
Sheena believes that everyone has the right to feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair and uses a calm and professional manner to treat patients.
She has 2 boys that keep her busy and an amazing husband, who runs candlelit baths for her to enjoy after work.
Her hobbies include adding glitter to just about anything!
Practice manager/ lead reception
Natalie joined the practice in 2019 as practice manager. She has a very diverse portfolio including being an hairdresser, working for Lloyds Pharmacy, Sainsbury's and most recently Thorpe Park. She has 4 kids and an amazing husband and 2 dogs, so life is always busy.
Natalie's philosophy is to always treat people as she would like to be treated.
She also partial to a biscuit or 5.
Alyne Rangifo da Silva Oshiro
Trainee Dental Nurse
Alyne is a qualified Dentist who relocated to the UK 5 years ago and is currently re-entering the world of dentistry by gaining a qualification as a dental nurse.
Alyne can be heard singing every day that she is working. She is a very capable member of staff who will do anything to help the smooth running of the practice.
She loves to cook and spend time with her gorgeous son.
Trainee Dental Nurse
BSc Biology Kent 2019
Matt joined the team in 2019 having gained a degree in Biology at the university of Kent.
He is currently training to gain his Dental Nursing qualification with the practice, This will give him a true insight into the dental world when he goes back to university to train as a Dentist.
He is an accomplished musician and has attained a grade 8 in violin. He enjoys going for long walks and more recently cycling.
Dr Salma Moulana
Salma joined the team in 2017. She qualified in 2008 from Rajiv Gandhi university, India. She joined the NHS in 2013.
With extensive experience in many areas of dentistry, Salma is a great addition to the practice. Her passions are conservative and endodontic dentistry.
She splits her time between the practice, working at Kings and looking after her beautiful daughter.
Salma loves cooking, especially baking and spending time with family and friends. We are looking forward to sampling her creations,
Dr Olesya Pavlova
(Currently on maternity leave)
Olesya started working at the practice in 2016. She originally qualified in St Petersburg, Russia, in 2003. She has also completed an hygiene qualification. Olesya has worked worked in Switzerland, Russia and the UK. She started working for the NHS in 2014.
She has a wide range of experience in the dental world and especially enjoys treating children. Her hygiene background also allows her to take an holistic approach to patient care.
Olesya enjoys dancing and a good night out. She also loves travelling to new and exciting destinations.
Decontamination nurse (Part-time)
Emma joined the practice in 2013 as a part time decontamination nurse.
Emma splits her time between work and being mum to her two teenage daughters. She spends much of her time supporting them in their hockey matches and will often be found shouting enthusiastically from the side lines.
